The Homecoming

The Homecoming

This is a photo of Homecoming Day. It was the day all three Beagles met. As you can see, Rusty (the lemon colored pup) was only too eager to say hello to his new friends. Most of all, I just think he mistook Barum for his mother and wanted to be fed. Travis on the otherhand is quietly watching both photographer and camera. He might have also been listening to the sounds of the camera.

Barum, the olderest of the trio was rather reluctant to approach Rusty; yet he had no difficulty in being near to Travis. Both Barum and Travis have become constant companions since they live together.

In this photo, Barum, the eldest of the trio is eight years old, Travis the 13 inch tri-colored Beagle is 4 months old and Rusty the lemon white colored Beagle is eight weeks old.

Barum was purchased several years ago from a local pet store; while Rusty and Travis originate from the same beagle breeer and purchased on the same day. They are not related. Rusty and KC are, however, and share the same male sire, (Little Pocket Rock) by name.
